I'm here to help you stress less, save your precious hours and spend more time with your other great loves in life. I'm serious. It's actually not too good to be true. I can help you know where your students are at, what their optimal goal is and what they need to learn next through engaging and efficient assessments.

Being a classroom teacher is one of my greatest loves. The junior years have stolen my heart. So many special moments and oh so many funny stories! We know the rewards of teaching but let's face it, teaching can be hard! Working 60 hour weeks, stressing on the weekends about kids slipping through the cracks to wondering how to help Little Johnny overcome his anxiety every morning, and not to mention never quite ticking off every item on that never-ending list, are just some of the realities that every teacher knows well.

A few years into my teaching career, I stopped and thought to myself, 'there must be a better way. How can I create more balance and still do the best I can for my students and my team?' I knew there had to be a better way so I completed my masters in assessment where I learned powerful secrets from the best education brains in Australia, if not the world. 

My understanding and skill set of evidence-based practices have benefitted my students and changed my life in the classroom (and at home) due to the extra understanding, confidence and hours I have gained. Those extra hours are now spent with my other great loves: my family, friends and my dog, Tilly. You deserve to gain back some hours and spend them with your other great loves too!

My mission is to share tips and stories with teachers to help balance the scales of work and pleasure through engaging, efficient assessment resources that really do impact student learning, save teachers' precious time and help deepen their content knowledge. I'm here to help teachers' spend less time stressing and more time with their greatest loves!
